If you are interested in vending at Dice and Diversions 2024 please complete the following form. If your application to be a vendor is approved you will receive an email with additional details. Even though our event runs Jan 12-15, vendors will close on Sunday. The vendor area will also have set times and will close after those times with the area being shut off from our attendees. Please Note: Vendor preference will be given to vendors whose products are related to the board game or tabletop industry.

Exhibitor agrees to protect, save and hold Hilton Atlanta NE and Player One, LLC and all agents and employees thereof harmless for any damages or charges imposed for violations of any law or ordinance, whether occasioned by the negligence of the Exhibitor or those holding under the Exhibitor, and further, Exhibitor shall at all times protect, defend, indemnify, save and hold harmless the indemnities against and from any and all losses, costs, damages, liability, or expenses (including atorney’s fees) arising from or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrence to any person or persons, including Exhibitor, its agent, employees and business invites, which arises from or out of the exhibition premises, the hotel or any part thereof. Vendors are expected to remain through all three days of the convention, unless approved in advance by SFGE organizers. Vendor tables/booths are nonrefundable unless SFGE can fill the spot with an approved vendor.
