Our top priority is, and always will be, the safety of our community. Over the past several days, we have been working closely with our venue, hotel partners, vendors, and platform providers to evaluate all available options. After closely reviewing updated weather models and forecasts, we have made the difficult decision to postpone Dice + Diversions 2026. 

Dice + Diversions 2026 will now take place at the Atlanta Marriott Northwest at Galleria on February 20–22, 2026.

We know there is no perfect solution here (unless someone has access to a weather machine) and we know there is disappointment, but the latest models suggest this winter storm could be more severe than we are comfortable asking our guests to travel through. We feel this is the only prudent decision.

We also know you likely have a lot of questions. We are actively working through details and will continue to share updates as quickly as possible. Here is what we can confirm right now:

Event Space
Nothing about our event space or planned programming will change. The same rooms, layouts, and scheduled activities are planned for the new dates. Free parking will still be available.

Hotel
If you booked a hotel room, Marriott confirmed that your reservation will simply transfer over to the new dates. No additional steps need to be taken.

GM/DMs
If you are running an RPG session, please do not cancel your events yet. We have an open ticket with Tabletop.Events to explore moving all scheduled events to February. Once that is complete, we will adjust the schedule to accommodate anyone who is unable to attend on the new dates.

Eat. Play. Win! and Merchandise
All Eat. Play. Win! tickets and merchandise purchases will carry over automatically to the rescheduled dates.

Vendors
If you are a vendor, we will be reaching out to you individually to discuss your table or booth and next steps.

Tabletop.Events
We have inquired with the event management platform how to transfer our existing event to new dates within the system, but have not yet heard back. We will let you know when we learn more.

Volunteers
If you are a volunteer we ask that you don’t attempt to adjust your volunteer slots until we hear back from tabletop.events. Once we know more we will be in touch with you directly on next steps.

Attendance
If the new dates unfortunately prevent you from attending, please bear with us while we finalize next steps. We expect to have an update about how to process these conflicts early next week.
